What To Expect The Week of Training

All CMCO industrial training classes start at 8:00 at your designated training site. A typical training day will run from 8:00- 4:00 with a 1-hour lunch break.

CMET ROCK LITITZ trainings start at 9:00am, unless listed otherwise in the class description.

CMCO Training will contact each student in the event of a time change.

How to Dress

You will be working with material handling equipment, so please wear comfortable clothes that can get dirty such as t-shirts and jeans.  

No shorts or open-toed shoes*

*Shorts are permitted for training hosted at the CMET Rock Lititz facility.

What to Bring

Note-taking materials 

Identification (government-issued such as driver's license, passport, military ID, etc.)

Meals

Lunch will be provided each day of training.

If you have food allergies or are on a special diet, please let us know in advance so that we can make special arrangements.

Transportation & Hotel

Students will need to provide their own transportation to and from the training site and cover the cost of their hotel.
