Cancellation Policy


Columbus McKinnon requires all trainees to register for a class in order to reserve their spot. If a trainee is unable to attend a class they have registered for, they must notify Columbus McKinnon of cancellation by phone or email within 14 days prior to the start of the class. Cancellations on or after this date will be charged a $150.00 fee or the full cost of class – whichever is less. No charges will be incurred if cancellation occurs more than 14 days prior to the start of class.

All CMCO Online training courses are for the one-time use of registered students and are non-refundable. Upon receipt of payment, students will be e-mailed a web link to access the online training course. The web link and course registration are non-transferable. Course materials are protected by copyright and cannot be accessed by other students, distributed within a company, or otherwise distributed to any person other than the registered student.  

Upon registration, student has 90 days to complete online course.
